Indian National Yuva Jana party is a political party established with an aim to empower the youth of this nation. As a country undergoing a demographic shift, it's an imperative that youth and working age population drive the new age politics with an ideal of sustainable and inclusive development.

Between 2020and 2041 60% of India's population is going to be in the working age of 15-55-the working age population. with the present business as usual approach, India cannot ensure growth and prosperity to all these competing citizens. The party envisions a young leadership committed to a continuous learning and delivering public services like free education, free healthcare which forms the foundational pillars of human development. INJYP recognises that that the next generation is not competing with itself. We believe in the collective consciousness and collective capability in marching towards prosperity.

In an age threatened by automation and robotics, injyp wants to serve as a platform for various voices to slither through the disruption that industry 4.0 could cause. Technology has made lives better. If technology is presented as a threat we are using it the wrong way. This new age technological revolution requires holistic policy making that empowers people, not cripple them.

INYJP believes that Indian polity needs to break the shackles of nepotism and merit be duly rewarded. The existing political structures have little or no access to the voice of educated youth. INJYP recognises the fact that the future of this country can't be left alone to partisan political interests. The party values and nurtures a learning specific to Indian ethos and indian needs and at the same time embracing the progressive ideals elsewhere in the world.

To put this into action, activism alone cannot get things done. We believing in gaining political power. That is when ideas can translate into actions.

Ultimately politics is not a money spinner . It is a tool for making lives better. Thus INJYP encourages every motivated youth to come forward and contest an election. Let our voice be heard in legislative houses and let us speak with our actions.

INJYP values and respects the experience and wisdom of the elder generation. We envisage this platform also as a place where the older generation nurtures the younger one.
